Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. As aSystems Engineer Support Specialiston RSP, you'll be part of across-functional engineering teamdelivering hardware, software and systems solutions. This Systems Engineer role may focus on one or more of the following areas:
- Test & Integration Engineering:hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing
- Requirements Engineering:documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE):system modeling, simulations, and design analysis
- Hardware-Systems Engineering:design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience inSystems Engineering,includingTest & Integration,Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems.
- Knowledge of systems design, MBSE modeling, and simulation.
- Familiarity withrequirements management tools(DOORS, Cameo, or similar).
- Experience withdefense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Executesystems engineering activities in Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems,depending on focus area.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Document, review, and manage system requirementsusing requirements management tools and MBSE.
- Participate indesign reviews, verification, and validationactivities.
