Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and investigate data.
- Facilitate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with a team in support of blended operations.
- Provide support for OCONUS operations.
- Brief customer management on technical findings.
- Display a mastery of the key suite of customer targeting tools and data repositories.
- Respond to written memos from the customer field officers.
- Developing a targeting through the entire targeting lifecycle.
- Collaborate with other IC elements and stakeholders
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstration of the traditional SOO Skillset.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and coordinating customer correspondences.
- Demonstrated experience with customer tools and databases.
- Understanding of customer technical capabilities and methodologies.
- Experience drafting work products with actionable information and coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience briefing a wide variety of audiences, and possession of excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge and experienced with using the internet and understanding the customer processes.
- Knowledge of customer proper protection methods.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
- Managing multiple high priority tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly Organized.
- Self-Starter.
- Other specialized skills will be requested upon application to position.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- (Highly desired) Experience with the Cyber threat
- Experience working complex projects in multi-team environment
- Knowledge of computer networking and complex datasets

The likely salary range for this position is $123,250 - $166,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
