Description: Job Description

Establish and maintain records of Government and Company tooling and equipment.

Interface with various department personnel and auditors.

Reconcile property data - maintain property database.

Perform internal reviews and support Government audits.

Prepare various reports in a timely manner.

Disposition of Government and Company property.

Prepare various ad hoc computer system reports.

Ensure the effective administration and maintenance of the OFA system.

Monitor and report Property loss.

PMSA audit support including corrective action follow-up.

Government reporting (CDRL, PMSA)

DPAS audit support.

Loading and tagging of new assets.

Perform locator audits.

Locate and tag Government and Company Property.

Maintain Oracle Fixed Asset system records for Government and Company property including additions, dispositions, moves and IUID requirements.

Enter dispositions into PCARSS, process LTDD forms as required.

Support annual Property audits with DCMA.

Interface with other functional areas to assure compliance with FAR and DFAR for Government Property.

Must have high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Associates degree or above preferred.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Business Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with ability to perform pivots, sorts, and analysis of large data sets for identification of problem areas.

Must be willing and able to learn and enforce compliance with FAR and DFAR.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Must be U.S. Citizen.

Must be able to successfully complete the pre-employment process including drug screen and background check.

Must obtain Department of Army Police unescorted access.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a scissor lift license.

If required, must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Environmental Conditions:

Ability to work in production environment, including:

Climbing stairs, ladders and equipment.

Work from ladders when necessary.

Lift and carry- maximum of 20 lbs.

Work with tools including: hammers, chisels, drills, rivet guns and other hand tools.

Working in inclement weather including extreme heat and cold.

Working in areas with a high noise volume.

Must be able to operate JIB crane/crane.

Must be able to wear personal protective (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)

Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel.

Must be able to work aloft- cannot be afraid of heights.

Working in areas with dust and fumes.

Must be able/willing to work any shift as assigned.

Must be able/willing to work overtime as required.
