Position Summary

Join General Dynamics' European Risk Management team and play a key role in supporting both General Dynamics European Land Systems and Jet Aviation. In this dynamic, international environment, you'll contribute to a diverse portfolio of insurance programs while collaborating with colleagues across Europe. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations-ensuring smooth administration, supporting strategic decisions, and helping manage risk across multiple business units.

Your Mission

• Support the administration of Property, Specialty, and Casualty insurance programs
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with insurance requirements
• Coordinate intercompany invoicing, brokerage collection, and renewal data
• Manage cargo and liability claims from handling through resolution
• Assist with budget tracking and stakeholder relationship management
• Collaborate with international teams and travel across Europe when required

Your Profile

• Relevant Qualification in Property and Casualty insurance with at least 3 years of experience
• Strong affinity for numbers and interest in liability and indemnity.
• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) from both a developer and advanced user perspective.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Previous insurance administration experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
• Fluent in English, German and/or French would be a plus
