Position Summary
The SAP Support Specialist is responsible for providing first-level support for SAP ECC6 issues and facilitating the dispatch of second- and third-level tickets. This role also covers user management activities and ensures smooth system operations within the established framework. You will collaborate closely with functional teams to maintain SAP processes and support business operations.
Your mission
- Analyze incoming SAP ECC6 incidents, process first-level tickets, and escalate remaining tickets appropriately
- Handle SAP ECC6 user creation and updates according to established procedures and approval workflows
- Support end users with general SAP ECC6 inquiries
- Assist with the annual business user review process as required
- Implement simple system changes under the supervision of the module owner
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records in line with company standards
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC6 support or as a SAP super-user in one or more logistics areas (MM, SD, PM, PS, PP)
- Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in multi-cultural teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Your profile
- Previous experience with SAP user management and system support
- Familiarity with highly regulated environments (ideally SOX compliance or aviation industry)
- Basic understanding of SAP configuration and system maintenance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
