Within our global environment, the Program Performance Management Specialist (Sr PPM Spec) provides contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis for new and mature programs typically valued up to $10M per year. As an individual contributor taking direction from a manager or team lead, youll develop the program time-phased cost and/or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team along with analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and/or schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads.

What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or a Master's degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Earned Value Management or scheduling tool knowledge is required; solid knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
- Attitude for engagement with program team and ownership of program artifacts and data
- Apptitude to learn, expand knowledge and grow in your career

Salary Note
This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
Combined Salary Range
USD $83,500.00 - USD $88,500.00 /Yr.
