Program Analyst Senior - NETC Senior Training Analyst

HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
Conduct analyses to identify and validate training requirements. Develop and recommend alternative training strategies for consideration of decision-makers.
Develop training planning data including resource requirements (manpower, personnel, and training). Determine follow-on training recommendations including justification and impact.
Determine the training considerations that form the basis for functional characteristics of the instructional delivery system. Determine functional characteristic requirements. Determine training system life-cycle support requirements during the design of training.
Identify the relationship between training deficiencies and training system modification requirements. Responsible for the actual writing of training materials, including tasks, learning objectives, format, organization, content, lesson maps, instructional strategies, methodologies, learning events and activities, test items, interface design and controls.
Develop testing instruments to pretest learners' previous learning levels; measure cognitive, psychomotor, and performance accomplishments during formative and summative evaluations; test achievement at the end of a course of instruction. Develop testing plans, test administrator's guide, and a cross-reference list of test items and related learning objectives.
Assist in formative and summative evaluations and in applying the findings for improving training and instruction. Instruct client personnel on procedures, processes, and methods of operating, maintaining, revising, and enhancing training systems.
Plan for the effective use of time; set priorities; ensure that all instructional materials are completed as scheduled.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Education, Psychology, or Instructional Systems Design is desirable.
Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience.
Required Technical Skills: Experience or related experience in instructional systems design and training requirements analysis, instructional system development.
Security Clearance Level: Secret is required.
Location: On Customer Site - NETC HQ Pensacola, FL

The likely salary range for this position is $82,283 - $111,323. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
