Position Summary

Help keep world-class aircraft projects running smoothly. As an SCM Material Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring that every part, component, and material required for our aircraft programs arrives on time and supports flawless project execution. Your mission

• Coordinate procurement planning and align material needs with project schedules
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, from receipt to distribution
• Monitor material availability and resolve shortages or escalations
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to track orders and expedite deliveries
• Oversee inventory levels, stock movements, and returns
• Maintain accurate documentation and data in SAP
• Generate material status updates and reports for stakeholders
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce lead times

Your profile

• Relevant Education & Experience in supply chain, logistics, or material coordination-ideally within the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Fluency in English.
