Position Summary

As we continue to grow and push the boundaries of excellence in aviation, we are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Quotation Expert to drive competitive and technical sound maintenance proposals. "If you bring deep technical expertise and a passion for driving high-quality maintenance solutions, this role offers the chance to shape complex projects in a global aviation environment.

Your role

Drive complex proposal development: Act as a technical expert, supporting the creation of detailed and strategic proposals, contracts, quotes, and tenders for complex maintenance projects.

Collaborate across the value chain: Engage with sales teams, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure proposals accurately reflect scope of maintenance and pricing.

Ensure technical & financial precision: Take ownership of the technical and financial accuracy of all submissions to optimize project execution.

Build continuous improvement process for quotations: Drive the development of a robust task database, improving response times and ensuring data reusability for future proposals.

Elevate team knowledge: Share your technical expertise across the team to strengthen team capabilities.

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience in the aerospace industry, ideally as an aircraft mechanic, supervisor, or team leader.
  • Hold a valid B1 license with at least one of the following type ratings: A340, A330, Boeing 777, or 787.
  • In-depth knowledge of EASA and/or FAA aviation regulations.
  • Experience working in large, multi-disciplinary, international teams.
  • Ability to work independently with a structured, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German and/or French are a plus.
