- You will build and develop a team of proactive and problem-solving engineers
- You will build relationships with shipyard personnel and other waterfront engineering resources that you can leverage to get ahead of problems, holdups, delays etc. and help you solve them
- You will lead a team conducting detailed build plan reviews for the IPS equipment, ensure the output of those plans is reflected in our construction network schedules and that knowledge is transferred and lessons are learned so follow-ship build plans can be improved to reduce construction spans and increase first-time quality

- You will set performance goals for your team and hold them accountable to those goals
- You will work across functional areas to maintain a clear outlook of efforts and resources required to ensure successful delivery of an electric drive system to the Navy
