Position Summary

Join our team for a 6-month internship where you will gain hands-on experience in optimizing and improving business processes within an international organization. You will contribute to process documentation, systems support, and data organization, while collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders. This internship offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and work alongside a motivated, multi-cultural team dedicated to innovation and excellence.

Your role

• Provide ongoing systems support to ensure operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the design, continuous improvement, and optimization of business processes.
• Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, including standard operating procedures,
• process flow diagrams, and training materials.
• Assist in organizing and managing team data resources for immediate accessibility and analysis.
• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to promote best practices across teams and countries.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across all operational teams.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in a business-related field.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• IT affinity for various systems with an interest in system improvement and training design.
