Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our EMEA/APAC FBO One support team in Basel for 2026.

FBO One is our dedicated software platform for Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) in the aviation industry, supporting a wide range of services for private, business, and general aviation aircraft-from flight handling management to invoicing.

This internship offers hands-on experience with the FBO One system across all our EMEA and APAC locations. You will also gain valuable exposure to administrative processes, master data management, and compliance topics.

Your Role

  • Provide first-level support for FBO One
  • Develop and update training documentation for end users
  • Manage support tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Create user accounts and assign roles within the system
  • Participate in projects focused on continuous improvement, standardization, master data management, data cleansing and reporting
  • Collaborate with support team members and IT colleagues, proactively suggesting improvements
  • Review and update FBO One IT General Controls documentation with guidance from your team


Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage
  • Hands-on, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • C# language know how is a plus
