Position Summary
In this 6-12-month internship, you will support our Audit & Controls team in strengthening internal processes, contributing to control testing, policy development, and documentation efforts. Working with various stakeholders, you will help enhance our internal controls framework, support cross-functional coordination, and create materials that promote awareness of risk and compliance. This role is ideal for students eager to gain hands-on experience in audit, controls, and process improvement within a dynamic environment.
Your Role
- Assist in the execution of control testing activities related to SOX compliance.
- Support the drafting, review, and creation of policies and procedures, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
- Participate actively in initiatives aimed at developing and enhancing the internal controls framework, including documentation and formalization efforts.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to facilitate timely progress, maintain alignment on objectives, and support cross-functional communication.
- Create training materials to raise awareness of internal control, risk management, and fraud prevention.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to strengthen control processes and documentation.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of internal controls and compliance frameworks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ideally, an interest in AI and automation projects, with a willingness to explore how technology can enhance internal control processes.
- Fluent in English, any other languages are a Plus.
