Job Description:
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
- Serve as liaison to the Customer on solutions to support Data Maintenance programs, vendor relations, and agency repair actions in support of the client's mission readiness.
- Ascertain industry best practices to identify new and/or unique solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for internal communications and presentations related to key performance metrics, maintenance updates and maintaining on-going equipment information.
- Manages the day to day supply of logistics and maintenance -related data to the client. Provides detailed written presentations to the client on current and future maintenance requirements.
- Investigates potential risk and other matters of significance, and provides and implements solutions to ensure the client is successful in their mission.
- Negotiates with supply and repair sources to meet mission requirements.
- Works in conjunction with various parties such as field support representatives and customer service representatives to handle issues and ensure support plans are in place to maintain long-term satisfactory customer relationships. Implements, monitors and adjusts solutions to ensure the integration of support considerations as needed.
- Responsible for assisting the strategic and operational planning of Customer maintenance and logistics operations.
- Ensures all personnel understand and follow the guidelines and requirements for all maintenance and logistics operations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience may be substituted for education.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience

- Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret and SCI eligible

The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $142,707. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
