Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.



Responsibilities for this Position

What Youll Experience:

  • Hands-on work with thesystem development life cycleandRisk Management Framework (RMF).
  • ImplementingSecurity Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)and running security assessments of a mission critical system.
  • Building RMF documentation, including security plans, testing plans, and compliance analysis.
  • Conducting vulnerability scans and compliance checks in aDevSecOps environment.
  • Collaborating with teams, customers, and stakeholders to solve complex cybersecurity challenges.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong expertise insoftware engineeringandcybersecurity frameworkslike NIST SP 800-37 and 800-53.
  • Experience withSTIGs, security policies, and vulnerability assessments for different systems and devices.
  • Hands-on technical experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Application Security and Development (ASD) STIG, static code analysis
  • Proficiency in developing RMF documentation and performing compliance scans.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • ASecret security clearance (Top Secret preferred),plus an activeSecurity+ or CISSP certification.

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $100,219.00 - USD $111,180.00 /Yr.
