Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded HR Coordinator to support key aspects of the employee journey, with a strong focus on onboarding, applicant data management, contracts, and internship coordination.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process, including document collection, welcome sessions, and system setup.
- Manage applicant data and ensure accurate handling of documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare employment contracts, internship agreements, and related administrative documentation.
- Coordinate internship programs, acting as a liaison between managers, interns, and external partners.
- Optional: be the back-up for payroll-related tasks such as data preparation and verification, in collaboration with the external payroll provider.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- HR Bachelors degree with strong understanding of global HR processes.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll. Knowledge of payroll in other countries will be a plus.
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Accurate, dependable, and collaborative, with a proactive and open mindset.
