Description: About the Role

This multi-level role will support current activities such as electronics lab, warehouse operations and perform some systems engineering tasks such as tank software maintenance & loading. Will be a part of our electronic troubleshooting and repair process for LRU's down to printed circuit board level.

Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
  • Strong background in electronics, troubleshooting and repair.
  • Perform test analysis and repair on analog or digital electronic boxes to the printed circuit board level using automated, semi-automated and specialized equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic boxes and circuit boards from multiple vehicle platforms.
  • Fault isolate discrete malfunctions in complex circuits, make necessary repairs or adjustments using specialized test equipment and calibrating devices.
  • Evaluate test data, identify performance/fault trends and initiate corrective actions as warranted.
  • Maintain, manage, organize and utilize electronics lab equipment, materials and tools.
  • Record fault isolation steps and repair activity in a shared database to increase efficiencies in quality and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and provide on the job training to lab tech personnel.
  • Develop troubleshooting procedures and quality inspection processes to be used in a lab environment as part of daily tasks.
  • Will participate in warehouse activities including inventories, shipping & receiving, kitting, and coordinating material movements.
  • Maintain and work with warehouse management systems related to our warehouse requirements.
  • Will participate with Falcon range facilities maintenance including target automation and control systems, Generators, carpenter shop and general maintenance activities.


Qualifications Sought
  • 10+ years of related experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Must have the ability to work within a team and independently with little supervision.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Abrams platform software knowledge is desirable.
  • Warehouse knowledge or background is desirable.
  • Facilities and maintenance background is desirable.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and maintain an organized database.
  • Must be familiar with current computer applications, engineering concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Must be familiar with electronic test equipment and associated software interfaces.
  • Must be familiar with the use and operation of various types of test and measurement equipment .to include oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, power supplies, logic analyzers, bus analyzers etc.
  • Must be knowledgeable in repair techniques for printed circuits of all kinds.
  • Must understand / interpret electronic schematics to accomplish fault isolation and repair tasks.
  • Ability to solve complex electronic problems utilizing engineering knowledge and resources.
  • Must have a valid US Passport, pass a background investigation to obtain a work visa.
  • Must have prior work experience in the MENA region.
