Job Description:

Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or task(s). Manages team schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Provides team oversight and manages daily tasks. Manages or directs resources required to perform assigned projects or task(s).

Performs supervisory duties (timesheets, performance reviews) for domestic operations. Directs workload and output for domestic operations. Utilizes programs to create, track, and manage work being assigned. Schedules daily workload tasks. Tracks all work being performed and creates reports to provide to the customer. Acts as a personnel manager to oversee the domestic operations team. Builds weekly schedules for all maintenance and shipping items run through the domestic operations. Maintains domestic operations standard operating procedures. Provides expert input to Program on end-user inquiries and Program initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience or the equivalent combination of education/training and/or experience/military training. Personnel Management experience Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and mobile applications.

The likely salary range for this position is $104,550 - $141,450. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
