Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Responsibilities for this Position
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
The Autonomous Maritime Platforms (AMP) Business is looking for a Deputy Program Manager Engineering (DPME) for the Hammerhead Program out of our Taunton, Massachusetts location to support the development, implementation, and testing of the next generation mine system. As a DPME, youll support our program engineering leadership team and be responsible for leading a highly skilled cross functional team. Your role includes ensuring all project deliverables (including documentation) are developed with high quality and delivered on time, tailoring engineering processes to establish best engineering practices, and help maintain schedule and staff plans required by the project to be successful.

- Strong background in the Undersea Domain
- Experience leading teams of 5-15 engineers through large scale system design and implementation
- Managing engineering resources (e.g. staff assignments, capital equipment, etc.), organizational interfaces, and engineering scope
- Managing resolutions of technical issues and communicating resolutions to all effected stakeholders
- Proficient understanding and application of project leadership principles, including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management (CAM), organizational, and time management skills.

Combined Salary Range
USD $142,166.00 - USD $157,715.00 /Yr.
