Position Summary

Cybersecurity today is about more than just locking doorsit is about enabling safe, secure, and seamless operations in a digital world. At Jet Aviation, the Cybersecurity Manager is a visible and influential leader who helps our people, systems, and customers stay protected. Youll guide our Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations teams, ensure risks are identified and managed, and keep our organization aligned with the latest standards and regulations.

We are looking for a manager who can bring structure, mentorship, and strategic oversightsomeone who can roll up their sleeves when needed, but also keep an eye on the bigger picture. This role is an office-based position, on a hybrid schedule, working at least four times weekly from the office. Our ideal candidate will work from our corporate office in West Palm Beach, FL. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this exempt position will be as follows: $130,000 - $155,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 15% of annual salary.

Your Profile

You bring a strong foundation in cybersecurity and risk management, coupled with a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead others. Specifically, you will offer:

  • A bachelors degree in Information Security, Technology, or related fieldor equivalent experience in IT risk and security.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in IT risk assessment and cybersecurity.
  • A working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOX, or CMMC.
  • Familiarity with core IT processes like change control, authentication, cloud security, and disaster recovery.
  • Solid communication and documentation skillsyou can translate complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • A results-driven approach, with strong organization and accountability that reflect Jet Aviations values.

(And if you have worked with automation tools, PowerShell, or project management, thats a plus.)

Your Role

In this role, you will be trusted to:

  • Lead and mentor the Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations teams.
  • Drive our risk management program, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal standards.
  • Manage vendor and third-party risk, including assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the point person for incident response, coordinating across stakeholders to quickly resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate progress and challenges clearly.
  • Partner with IT, business leaders, and the CISO to operationalize cybersecurity strategies across the organization.
