CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.



Responsibilities for this Position

Key Responsibilities:

    • Supports Learning & Organizational Development by coordinating training; updating schedules, working with content preparers to update presentations; managing training tracker.
    • Supports National Contract Management Administration (NCMA) activities: registers new members; coordinates payments; orders materials; is a knowledge resource for certifications; coordinates certification study groups.
    • Supports HUB Content Updates and Posting working as a backup to post new content for the Contracts HUB team.
    • Oversees Contracts and Subcontracts distribution lists and organization charts.
    • Coordinates posting of CPARS, SPRS and sub-delegations of authority.
    • Acts as a knowledge resource for expense reporting.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Developing understanding of contract or subcontract management principles.
    • Developing verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with personnel at all levels.
    • Developing analytical/critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and research skills.
    • Collaborates and works effectively cross-functionally throughout the business.
    • Demonstrates judgment and creativity to identify and resolve moderately complex contract or subcontract issues, recognizing when more expert guidance is required.
    • Possesses a growth mindset for continuous learning to remain current with regulations and internal procedures.

Education and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.

    • Entry-level


Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $62,199.00 - USD $67,301.00 /Yr.
