Position Summary

As the Client Aviation Director, youll be the go-to person for our valued clients & client representatives, helping them navigate their private aviation needs with ease. Youll work closely with flight operations, maintenance teams, and sales to ensure every trip is perfectly planned and executed, all while adhering to industry regulations and safety standards.


Your role is all about building strong relationships, understanding each clients unique preferences, anticipating their needs, and making sure they feel well taken care of every step of the way. Were looking for someone whos personable, detail-oriented, and proactivesomeone who can balance client satisfaction with aviation operations, while also ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations and safety requirements. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range will be as follows: $135,000 - $160,000.

This is a hybrid role, working at least four days weekly, out of our office at the Teterboro, NJ airpark.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing accounts for high-net-worth individuals, ideally in the private aviation or luxury service industries.
  • Strong understanding of the private aviation sector, including its regulations, demands, and operational complexities because we prioritize safety and excellence.
  • A team player and a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills, ready to connect with clients and understand their unique needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, enabling you to tackle complex client requests and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Experience with CRM software and other tech tools that help manage client relationships effectively.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible schedule, juggling multiple priorities with ease.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for our high-net-worth clients, building strong relationships and getting to know their unique aviation needs.
  • Keep clients informed with regular updates, gather their feedback, and offer tailored aviation service recommendations to ensure they feel valued and understood.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of client accounts, balancing client expectations with important aviation regulations and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with flight operations, maintenance teams, and sales to ensure we meet client needs while adhering to industry regulations and providing top-notch service.
  • Step in to mediate and resolve any internal conflicts among flight support personnel, creating a positive team environment to keep our clients happy and well cared for.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any potential issues, always ready with solutions to enhance their experience.
