Your Role:
As an Assets and Infrastructure Manager, you'll provide crucial departmental guidance, prioritizing initiatives to align with leaderships strategic vision. Youll have the responsibility to review and implement department policies, select and develop personnel, and ensure efficient facilities operation. Additionally, youll manage department budgets and forecasts, and develop and present risk management analysis. From day one, you will lead a dynamic team that drives General Dynamics Mission Systems to new heights.
In this role, you will be accountable for the performance and outcomes of your team, ensuring that goals are met with precision and excellence. You will be a strong agent of change, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the department. What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Facilities Operations building systems and functions
- Comprehensive understanding of building systems, equipment functions, and requirements

USD $129,706.00 - USD $140,346.00 /Yr.
