As an effective team builder, the Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist provides contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis related to established or new development programs for major component or small system, or production or logistics programs. Well expect you to work with single or multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per year, by developing the program cost and/or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team and analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), and monitoring the contract/program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads.

What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Domain knowledge in program and/or product life cycle and financial processes
- Earned Value Management and scheduling tool experience required

Combined Salary Range
USD $105,814.00 - USD $114,494.00 /Yr.
