Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Responsibilities for this Position
- Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support the Micro-Electronicsvalue stream in a Low Volume, Medium Mix, High Value manufacturing facility for spaceflight hardware. The successful candidate will work in a small team environment and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective manufacturing of high-quality products.Key Responsibilities: - Provide engineering support for the identification, control, and disposition of nonconforming material
- Support manufacturing operations and provide effective communication to cross-functional teams during development, launch, and production phases
- Create, monitor, and control production processes, equipment, tooling, and documentation
- Support the design and development of production tooling
- Provide process knowledge and training to production team members
- Evaluate and disposition non-conforming material
- Perform equipment installations, decommissioning, preventative maintenance, upgrades, modifications, and repairs
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and manage multiple processes and unique equipment
- Drive continuous improvement of processes in a low rate production environment
- Support labor and tooling proposal estimates
- Utilize basic CAD for design and documentation purposes

Combined Salary Range
USD $105,814.00 - USD $117,387.00 /Yr.
