Exciting opportunity in the Stryker and Specialty Wheeled Vehicles (SSWV) Program Office, primarily supporting the Systems Technical Support (STS) contract. The position will interface and develop relationships with the Government. The position also requires frequent communication and leadership with PD&S, SCM, ED&T, as well as Finance and Contracts. The position includes accountability for contract, financial performance, and supporting and promoting Vision 20/20. Will be responsible for developing cost & schedule estimates, negotiating with the customer as well as GDLS process centers, and accountable for the monthly Current Estimates (CEs). Additionally will monitor labor actuals, material status, and engineering release plans.

Bachelors degree in technical or business discipline.
Minimum of 6-9 years experience; will consider fewer years experience with an advanced degree.
Must work well in matrixed team environment.
Prefer a candidate with demonstrated history of leading a multi-disciplinary team to completion of specific Projects.
Must be able to distill detailed programmatic or technical issues into concise and understandable solutions and recommendations.
Must have demonstrated experience of fostering productive customer relationships.
Must have understanding of GDLS program financial principles.
