Would you like to provide vision and senior leadership to drive our ethical and people focused culture as a Senior Manager of Ethics?

Here, you will establish the ethics strategy, engage with stakeholders and senior leaders across the organization on ethical and conduct matters, and be responsible for the ethics program delivery in a customer focused organization. You'll be an integral part of our HR leadership team to help grow and enhance our Ethics program and provide meaningful support to our GDIT business and employees company wide. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead the Ethics team and enterprise program with a highly collaborative approach that enables program growth and maturity.
- Embrace and model GDIT's people-focused ethos in partnership with team members, leaders, and employees across the company.
- Serve as a consultative compassionate leader and advisor to Human Resources and our business leaders, including our Executive Leadership Team on matters pertaining to ethics.
- Set the vision and advance the Ethics program strategy to include communication and creative messaging, learning, and analytics to evolve the Ethics program alignment with our company culture.
- Innovate the ethics communications strategy that will resonate with employees of all levels through effective annual training, awareness programs, and personal visibility of the Ethics office. Lead monthly touchpoint meetings with senior business leaders.
- Proactively identify and implement scalable operational efficiencies and effectiveness (to build capacity within the team, maximize performance) to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers)
- Oversee and execute proactive strategies for conducting thorough and unbiased Ethics investigations that serves as a model for all team investigations.
- Build and maintain trusted collaborative partnerships with key internal business stakeholders by delivering value-added ethics support.
- Influence important decisions across GDIT through data-driven solutions and insights; understand business challenges and identify opportunities for impact.
- Regularly assess policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations and up-to-date industry best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to the GDIT Ethics Officer for special projects and initiatives. Lead annual certifications and disclosures, and preparation of program metrics.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, law, or related disciplines; OR in lieu of degree, equivalent combination of related education, training and relevant experience may be considered
- 10+ years of experience serving in a leadership role overseeing ethics and compliance programs and motivating teams.
- Expert knowledge of current Ethics practice areas in a government contracting business environment.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing and independently leading Ethics investigations, case management, and program consultation services.
- Knowledge of financial and timekeeping analysis is preferred.
- Highly skilled at building trusted relationships with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and partner with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and positive manner.
- Ability to independently manage multiple long-term, mid-term, and short-term strategic and operational projects from initiation to completion. Ability to proactively solve and implement solutions to deliver on commitments.
- Exceptional program management skills with the ability to influence at various levels of the organization and deliver against expectations.
- Proven experience with leading and developing experienced team members.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and adjust to the changing needs of the business with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead with cultural awareness and sensitivity and an understanding of diverse and inclusive practices.
- Ability to lead with the highest level of ethical decision making and sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, collaboration and customer service mindset is required.
- Proficiency with MS Office functions (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) is required.
- Possess a positive, persistent, and a production-oriented mindset.
- Professional certification such as CCEP is preferred.

The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
