Our work depends on Knowledge Management Analyst joining our team to adept in the utilization and administration of IBM DOORS, OpenText Live link, collaborative technologies and electronic records management platforms. The role demands a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles who can effectively curate, organize, and maintain technical documentation and information assets across the organization to support project management and compliance efforts.

HOW A KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Performs assessments of systems and networks within the network environment or enclave.
  • Plans, prepares, and executes tests of systems to evaluate results against specifications and requirements, and measures effectiveness of defense-in-depth architecture against known vulnerabilities.
  • Provide guidance and leadership in the integration of requirements management practices
  • utilizing IBM RDNG with knowledge management and information assurance strategies.
  • Administer OpenText Content Suite as the central repository for records management to ensure proper classification, retention, and disposal of records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver training and support to stakeholders on applications and platforms, knowledge management and information assurance strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project lifecycle requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Managing the enterprise electronic records classification structure and document retention policy, applying its content to increase efficiencies and productivity by automating retention schedules
  • Responsible for the performance of analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
  • Establish metrics to monitor the efficacy of knowledge management initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Participates in special projects as required.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
  • Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience
  • Required Technical Skills: Knowledge Management Strategies, IBM Rational Doors Next Generation, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Open Text, Records Management and Security + certification.
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and capable to handle multiple tasks.
  • Location: On Customer Site
  • US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $88,275 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
